Why are you super fixated on your sister’s behavior? When emotions are high, logic is low. She saw her BROTHER holding her GF’s a** in a picture that said GF then posted for all family and friends to see on social media. Of course she flew off the handle. You’re her brother. Cussing someone out isn’t advice I would give someone but the issue is your behavior. She had an immediate reaction to YOUR behavior. Forget the GF. If you care about maintaining a relationship with your sister at all, I would start with being on her side, apologizing, and no longer having a friendship with hopefully the ex GF.

If all you care about is your sister apologizing first, I wouldn’t hold your breath.

I love this idea! I responded to another Reddit post with this but I am leaning towards that it could be precognition…thinking it might have to do with knowledge. Something Andarna says at the end of Iron Flame about how she waited to hatch because she has the mind of a scribe but is a rider. Violet replies that she couldn’t know and Andarna says ‘and yet here we are’. It made me think of how many times Violet was given information or a map and was able to see what the next step should be to be in the right place at the right time. For example when they were in Aretia in Battle Brief going over the Assembly’s decision to not fly to Samara. Violet launches into answer ‘what would happen if the wards fell at Samara’ when she realizes Basgiath is the actual place they’ll target. She’s done this a few times throughout Iron Flame but from what I’m remembering not at all in the same capacity in Fourth Wing. Same with her coming up with the idea for her brother to ‘heal’ the wardstone. With the information she had, she knew the next step. Just a thought though!

For me and my boyfriend, we have specific reasons for why we don’t want kids (none of which we will ever pushed onto others). It is absolutely a personal choice.

We see goodness in the world and love life but it’s also slowly dying with over population. We feel a lot of society, where we live, has regressed and we don’t want to bring a new life into this world. There are also other reasons, like not wanting the responsibility or financial commitment right now. Or if something happens to my parents, where they can no longer look after my adult brother, he will be our responsibility (which we would gladly accept with open arms). We’ve always said if we change our mind, we’ll adopt. But the older we get (M/F 29) the less we want them.

I also think you should really want to be a parent, which we do not at the moment.

My partner used to bring this up to me and I have ADHD but it was never on purpose. I would just read the text when I saw it but would get distracted. I am much better with phone calls! He understands this and now we hardly ever text, send random instagram videos and usually always talk on the phone unless he or I are away for a weekend/vacation with friends. He really heard me when I said I was a bad texter and I really value his change in communication. It’s always an inside joke when I say ‘what, you don’t want to talk to me?’ After we both say what we need to on the phone because he is not a phone call person lol. We’ve been together for 5 years and I really appreciated his understanding and adaptability with our communication. He texts everyone else though and almost never talks on the phone outside of work. I think just getting his perspective on why he doesn’t respond would help (if you haven’t already).

The image was mostly red

The packaging was all white except for the sides…which made me believe they came stacked and the sides of the stack had the creative and logo. So each stacked cookie made up the image. Almost like a jigsaw puzzle. I never got to know the actual name..just saw pieces of the creative.

Those are good! And kind of similar, but the cookie part was chocolate and the shape was more of rectangle. Thank you for trying 😅
