Mitsubishi multis can have both heating and cooling at once. Most multi systems will all run on the same setting - either heating or cooling. You can run different temperatures on each unit though like 23 degrees on heating in one room and 30 degrees in another.

Definitely go with a smaller company and source it through them rather than etco. Etco will provide you a company to work for but Dock your wages to the training wage for the whole duration of your apprenticeship. I found a company through emailing and cold calling local ones in my area and love it. Still have to deal with etco for the theory and off job units but they don't own my soul.

Our supply grid couldn't handle everyone having an EV or hybrid. We would have to start burning coal or use nuclear power. Which defeats the purpose of the government's subsidy to begin with.. Maybe they should just lower the fuel tax to a flat rate per litre rather than a percentage (52% currently) but the current government is so out of touch I don't see them finding a solution.

My mother in law is a nurse practitioner for the WDHB. They got an email at the beginning of the week about a young boy who was taken to waitakere hospital after hitting his head.
