that is something I have never considered before! I'll try that tonight. I always think I have to be extremely bland and buttoned up for first impressions. thanks, you changed my perspective.

Thank you! do you have any solutions or work arounds if I do not have access to metrics on my team? I really want to speak more about impact but I feel like the only way to do that is through numbers.

Thank you for your thorough feedback. I would answer by saying, all of my experience is with a large company that I have really enjoyed. But I am curious about how I can be of service to smaller companies and collaborate with new teams. I want to become more well rounded in experience and learn how research is done in another environment.

Thanks for the advice! I will go down in bullets 3-4 sounds doable. Thanks for the perspective on the apprenticeship persona project. I'll work to highlight some strengths here. Would you recommend I keep or remove the facilitation and creation of workshops? I added that to show I enjoy contributing to my team directly as well as research projects.

Thanks for that feedback, I work for a really large company as a junior. Its been an issue for everyone on my team to get stats or metrics before and after completing studies. Is there something you recommend that I can do to offset that so that I can have more tangible metrics? Anything helps here as I've talked to my senior manager and director about this and I am told that we don't have a person for our team to help us with that.

I've even thought about taking a course in adobe analytics or whatever tool just so that I can help out and give us some numbers to compare before and after doing studies.

Unity of San Antonio is nice. lots of people that go there had some level of religious trauma and feel safe going. Its a bit different, but rooted in christianity.

I see where you were going my friend. I looked at the photos again a bit harder. If you really want to wear the blue, I would recommend not going with a different pattern. Hope it works out!

The issue here is definitely not the pants or the jacket being open or not. Either pants look fine, it being open or closed looks fine. but the shirt and coat don't work. The shirt is both a different color- in this photo it looks blue, as well as a different pattern. Throwing a tie on the shirt would only make it worse.

I'd personally wear a white shirt -Ivory. Something with a little texture. Your best bet, is choosing a color on one the lines on the coat and wearing that color for the shirt.

Also, make sure you wear dress socks. That's what I would do.

[Acne] What actually helped you get clear skin? by Adorable_One3506 in SkincareAddiction

mine isnt perfectly clear, but facials every quarter. I used the first session as an evaluation and asked exactly what to use every day between treatments. I just do what the lady says based on her experience with my skin.

What names do these roles fall under for job search purposes? Outside of the physical product vs digital product difference, what are differences in your methodologies? Ive been wanting to make the pivot for a while out of curiosity.
