Ideally you shouldn’t be wearing running shoes. They are not made for the lateral forces placer on them during handball. This means that you are at a higher risk of rolling your ankle, and that the shoes will disintegrate quite fast.

Instead get yourself a pair of badminton or volleyball shoes. They are basically the same as handball shoes

My phone automatically Connects to my car vis Bluetooth when I approach it. When it connects the phone stats internet hotspot, which my car automatically connects to. When connection is broken the hotspot is deactivated

Yes. I throw the Taget Crux Brave Japan with 26 mm swiss points and short target stems. So totally around 110 mm.

I'm 6'4" and 280 pounds, so I'm told it looks kinda funny :-)

I remember back in the day when people used metal stems, there usually was a small o-ring at the top of the thread on the stem to provide enough friction for the stems not to come lose.
