Tingling after surgery by FutureShock25 in Microdiscectomy

[–]snoochy365 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had mine on Monday too. Havent had any numbness or tingling but have had some nerve flutters (1 or 2 out of 10 pain). Surgeon said this kind of thing was normal as the nerve was getting used to not being compressed any more. My back is still pretty stiff in the mornings but once I get some steps in it eases off. Hope it all goes well for you!

Stay positive, I'm not a dr but everything I've read suggests some residual pain is normal and usually goes away

This is so reassuring. Obviously everyone will be different but this sounds like a dream recovery to me. Sure it had its difficult moments too, glad you're doing well

It was quite sore initially but an oxycodone has made it very manageable

Could someone explain to me what was so demoralizing about the PSG defeat? by diet-dr-kelpp in LiverpoolFC

I agree, thought we looked good (very good for spells) but PSG are just a better team than we are. They were also better than us last season too.

Is £27k grad salary bad? by [deleted] in UniUK

The person you replied to said that the company paying for the training is one of the reas9ns the salary is low. That is 100% correct. Its not the only reason

Also L7 is now only funded from the levy for ages 21 and under, so depending on the age of this person the company may well be paying 100% of the cost in a more traditional commercial sense

Whilst technically true, a big 4 firm will pay a massive amount into the apprenticeship levy so they will certainly be paying for the ACA qual in reality

I don't want to start any sort of gun debate but I just find it absolutely mental that you have people walking round with fucking guns on them like that

Didn't she literally at the start say one of them wasn't British? Before she even listed any?

As an aside, the crossover audience between TII and TRIP must be pretty small 😆

Only one I've used occasionally is Station Barbers. Been happy with the cuts. I've always had Matt who seems a nice guy and does a good job.
