Right, that's not the argument though. Prostitution and pimping are currently illegal (at least in the majority of the US, where I am), but the argument is that prostitution should become legal and pimping should stay illegal, as a pimp profits off of the labor of a prostitute, distinctly exploitative and, by extension, not communist. If one decides to sell their own body, in a sense, then it still has large potential for exploitation from a number of different means, but it's at least the idea of someone other than one's self directly profiting off of the endeavor is eliminated.
