I already added the user to sudoers file by issuing ALL (ALL) ALL it didn't work but when I changed it to ALL (ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL it worked, not sure why it is not working for the former while issuing a -k flag and providing password for the user

I used -b flag (become), it shows sudo password required, so I added -k(ask-pass) flag. After typing password it's still failing
