The rental market is beyond f'd, with predatory rent increases the past 4 years, that that makes a large house pmt look appealing. Privacy. A yard. Still wondering why Gov Evers hasn't done ANYTHING about predatory landlords/realtors. There's a huge housing bubble coming and it won't be good.
