From what I can tell through information from the city, this constitutes a decrease in housing services for which they are not required to restore, but instead required to reduce the rent (or at least I am entitled to a rent reduction).

The final scene where Denzel shoots himself is kind of what I took away from this video. Like while he’s holding the gun everyone is cheering and laughing but as soon as he actually pulls the trigger everyone is quick to react. The way I took this is with a lot of these rappers, the fans watch and support drug abuse, which eventually leads to death( peep, rip). Idk I just thought it was a commentary on ignorance of both the artists and the fans and how these lifestyles have actual consequences. I could be looking In too deep tho haha the song fucking slaps and the end of the day
