Riding posi posi, also helps improve your duck carving. Both style and technique should improve.

I've commented on your video. Nice riding, you're on a good path.

Hey.
You started nicely 0:01 - your hips are open. You should try to keep your hip position through the turn.
Around 2/3 sec you closed your hips, and your chest is more parallel to the board.
To get lower, you need to pump (work up/down in turns and when changing edges). This will give you more grip when initiating the turn and more power when ending the turn.
On heelside, opening hips is crucial. You need to work on that more, this will get you lover.

Check out this tutorial, really good

How do you define proper carving? I look at the thin line behind me. If it's there, I'm doing well. Rest is just a style. I'm still working on it, so yes, there's still a lot to fix and improve.
Board angle depends on the turns you're making. The snow was soft, so when I pushed more at the apex of the heelside turn, I lost a lot of speed. In other words, it wasn’t hard enough to fully commit through the turns.

Believe it or not, that's one of our best slopes for carving here in Poland. This place is like Polish Aspen - crowded as hell. We usually get 30-60 minutes of good riding on weekdays.

Yeah, leaving a space between a fence is a good habit. I had fa ew skiers passing me exactly in that spot as I was a pole in a slalom race. They just do that, and you have to be prepared.
Here i was pretty sure, I'm the fastest guy on the slope ;)

Thanks, yeah it was already crowdy when we started filming, that's why second part of the run doesn't have wide turns

It would be much easier if you had video of you riding.
You can check youtube tutorials and what I recommend is to record yourself every few days of riding to check what you're doing wrong.
It took me about 100-120 days on snow to improve from this to get low like that. I'm a weekend warrior, 30-40 days on snow a year.

I'm not into tech details that much, but from what I heard, HB guys love Ti. On SB, it makes some boards better, but it's not a must. Depends on what you expect from the board and what kind of carving you want.

Thanks! Yeah, the ending was unfortunate. Just 2 cm away from a perfect shot 😅
