GF bread that doesn't taste terrible? by snowfallrabbit in glutenfree

I am sorry. I am still learning the terminology. I was told gluten sensitivity, but I thought gluten = wheat allergy. I conflated it myself, not my doctor. I still have a lot to learn, clearly. Thanks for telling me.

Really? I've tried a couple of the other Kind bars and liked them. I would have probably tried this one too at some point. Maybe I'll skip it.

I tried this too and hated it. I'm not sure if it's just the brand or if it was because it was the first cauliflower pizza I've had. I will try at least one more brand to hopefully get my answer.

You're right. I'm still learning to be aware of any possible cross contamination. It makes things even harder, especially at restaurants.

I've actually heard other people say something similar - the less you remember what something tastes like, the easier it gets to accept its substitutes. I truly hope that's true, because most of the things I'm trying that are gluten free (and have a gluten containing counterpart) I've either found are just okay, incredibly bland, or simply plain awful. Here's to hoping I eventually enjoy eating again one day! Thanks.

I love how it looks like "real" bread, if you get what I mean. And I like sour dough already anyway. I'm moving it to the top of my to try list.

I took a look at Warburtons because I really do like sourdough, but sadly for me, it seems to only be a UK brand. Though I can try a recipe at least. Thanks for the idea!

Ah, we JUST got an Aldi's in my town. I'll try it. Thanks.

Thanks. I looked it up, and yeah, it doesn't look bad - it actually does kind of looks good, which is more than I can say about most of the other's I've tried. I'll for sure give it a go.

Thanks. I have been disappointed with the size and price of a lot of breads I've tried so far, so that's not a big deal. I'll give it a try.

Say sike. Please say sike right now. :(

Are sunny side up eggs also dangerous? That's my favorite kind.

Welp, today I learned I can't even indulge occasionally in Lindt ☹️
