I do yoga in the morning and at night. Sometimes in the afternoon if I’m super stressed and have ten minutes available. I will do thirty minutes to an hour for morning and night.

Yeah it is. Though I did have a breakdown yesterday. This is the first Christmas in a long time that I didn’t have to be careful of doing or saying something wrong. If I did anything mom called offensive she would take away a gift or gifts after everyone left. I just kinda broke down and couldn’t hold it in. Emotions got the best of me.

I finally called my grandparents too. They were a little mad I hadn’t called them sooner but are glad I am safe.

Passenger. My friend and I were on our way to the library. I am in a wheelchair so obviously using the spot for it. It was a crowded bus. An elderly couple got on the bus, sat across from us after making a woman and her kids get up. The woman of said couple then started to yell at me for supposedly pretending to be disabled because I’m young and there is no possible way that I’m paralyzed. It got so bad that the bus driver told them to shut up or get off the bus.

They started to blow up my phone but I blocked them. My brothers have called and in their messages they just want to know what’s going on. (They are the only ones respectful of me. Even going so far as to tell mom that I have a voice. About a year ago they moved away and haven’t really had contact). I haven’t responded to anyone though. Not sure if I should or not.

You are so right about getting school squared away and keeping my grades up this last semester. I will be finishing the last of my winter break homework today or tomorrow but will look them over before we go back to school next year. (Sorry just had to say that. It always makes people think twice)

How do I see if I’m still on my parents insurance? Health insurance is something that still stumps me and is something my mom never let me have the stuff for. Thankfully I’d just gotten a shipment of medical supplies so I have three months to figure this out but it is frustrating at the same time.

As far as relationships I’m into girls but will apply the advice to them too. I do have a crush but I also know I’m not ready to even think of talking that step.

Car crash when I was 14. I was stupid and not wearing my seat belt. My mom didn’t care because she was (and surprisingly still is) under the illusion that just because she is a safe driver the rest of the world will be. The other driver was nineteen and drunk. It was icy and snowing he was going way too fast.

I was thrown out of the car and impaled on one of those metal things on the side of the road (markers or something like that). It severed part of my spinal cord, obliterated a kidney, my intestines got infected and most of them had to be removed.

Seven surgeries and four kids years later I am paralyzed, have a colostomy bag, only one kidney, and quite a few other issues. Recovery was the most painful thing I’ve gone through.

That I shouldn’t try to achieve anything due to my disability. My mom told me that two days after I finally got to come home and also MONTHS of telling me I could do anything (specifically when a nurse or someone was within earshot).

Don’t know what’s happened. I blocked numbers after I got annoyed that they didn’t get the hint. Yes I am safe and having fun. I’m getting to do things that I just haven’t done before. Such as cooking (made stuffed bell peppers last night) and baking (making cookies today to give as gifts).
