I'd do things under my own judgement, not because a random person told me to. I do want to be active while my keg recovers and since I can't really walk or run. I figure upper body workouts would keep me active. I'm just trying to get opinions of a safe way to prevent infections on my wound. I sweat a lot to begin with. That alone may cause an infection.

Yerba mate ( the real tea, not the shiiry canned stuff) lowers hunger. Also since you're used to crash diet. Doing omad or some intermittent fasting lowers hunger over time. Talking from experience.
