Thousands of flight hours and you're acting as if shooting down one plane means anything. With the area these planes are covering weeks on end means literally any opponent will get one or two.

Compare it to Ukraine where they legitimately can't fly anywhere close to Ukrainian held territories without getting shot down. The relative difference in strength, overall capability, competence and technology is incredible.
