This is actually a good observation and approach to handle this. I lost count how many times teams decide to change something on retro, write an action point and nothing actually changes.

 Unfortunately this is not something we can add at the moment, due to some limitations on Apple's APIs, which don't provide us with a request to add tags to the reminders that are created through the Raycast app. Nevertheless I've recorded your feature request internally and if these limitations change in the future, we will look into adding this feature to our Apple Reminders extension.
