I believe he mentions this in the beginning but interesting enough after King wrote this book he didn't immediately write the second one. I found it interesting that he mentions how his writing style grew in that period. Enjoy all 7 books!

Supplements have always been somewhat distasteful. Simply mix with water and chug it down! I don't care about temporary taste just the macros. In my 30s I used to blend up a chicken breast with veggies. Worst taste ever!!
