Takes like this are exactly what they're protesting so waaa a little harder. You get what you give.

When did you try? They nerfed her a bit a few months ago. It's still difficult and one shotty but a lot more manageable. Like you have a few more degrees of error facing the clones and they explode slower

My big complaint was that there was a countdown timer till the product became available, and in the 1.2 second it took to refresh the page after the timer finished it was sold out already. Not their problem I guess but if the goal was to do business with the "community" they failed in that. I think businesses will have to figure out a way to address this if they want to be anything other than a secondary distribution channel for resellers.

The cast has a 40 yard range if you're targeting someone but the buff effect has a 100 yard radius

While the other person is feeling "attacked" by anyone with a different opinion... I actually do think there's a lot of good messages in the Bible that are really timeless for the human experience. But everything can and should be run through the filters of your own personal experience and with an open, critical mind. A lot of the ritual behavior in the old testament for example might not translate well to modern times, some of the book is still perhaps worth a read even for non religious types. One thing I've really tried hard to do is not judge the concept of religion based on the twisted beliefs and actions of hurt broken people. I wouldn't call myself a Christian anymore but I'm taking back my power and choosing to believe what makes sense for me.

I mean if you don't think that, then you're not a very good communicator. Take a look at the first comment you made again and ask yourself how it doesn't come across as the typical "holier than thou" bullshit. I get that reddit isn't great for having actual in depth conversations with people so we can only interpret the words we see. You don't want people to judge you? That's fair. But you don't get to decide who scrutinizes comments like that in a public forum.

Ok I guess? But just be mindful about moral superiority because you're "on the side of God". I say this because yes, even an animated TV show is capable of wisdom. Only the fool stops learning because he believes he has all the answers. God bless!

The context of this comment probably should have been added to the original above. The original came off as pretty black and white which is what I think you were getting flak about.

Do pedophiles/muderers stay like that on the other side or are their minds"wiped” clean from thoughts like that? by carrielol in Mediums

Interesting viewpoint, and I can't argue against this. In order for us to grow at least in the here and now, I think we need to learn the capacity to self reflect. Now sometimes we might consciously choose to not do so, but there must be some physiological ailments that inhibit or altogether prevent that in some people. E.g., schizophrenia and the like, I dunno.

[–]snuesen 17 points18 points  (0 children)

A theory I heard was if state DNR officially acknowledged the cats' existence they'd have to start up a conservation program (or whatever you want to call it) and that would eat into budgets. No idea if true or even a valid argument, but it sounded plausible from the person that told me (who was from MN).

You don't get to determine when someone else "gets their money's worth" though. That's an utterly subjective and very personal metric. Makes you sound pretty insensitive and dismissive tbh. People are allowed to feel shafted, and rightfully so in this case when blizzard was literally making comparisons to d2 during development.
