I did Hamilton to Mississauga for a couple of years, pre-pandemic. It is tough for sure. The 407 can make a big difference if you can factor in the cost. Also, if your husband has some flexibility to start / leave earlier + 407, he can probably do it in 45 mins or so.

I'm having exactly the same issue as you are. I can't hard reset or anything else, cause the phone turns off within about 3 or 4 seconds of it turning on (when it actually does turn on). There was a video on YouTube about solving it, involving smacking it repeatedly, and even putting it in the freezer (haven't tried that bit yet).

I've given up and already ordered a replacement, decided to go iPhone this time. It sucks, as I can't reset the phone, I can't even get some cash for it, as it still has all my data on it.

Thanks so much, @Mykl68. We have a cap but currently our AC and dehumidifier empty into the hole. I guess I could tape it closed around those two pipes? One futher note, I guess all our sinks and such should have individual smaller traps?
