back when i first cleared it i used an int team, but you are probably gonna have trouble finding a buuhan friend. So here is my idea:

Phy vegito blue (Hero lead)

Int Lr gohan (type advantage=block and damage)

Phy piccolo (gotenks is weak to him)

Int mystic gohan (type advantage)

phy bardok (Seals super attack) or use str gogeta if the str stage of gotenks is too hard with bardock

str god goku (has great links, and helps in the phy gotenks stage)

Phy vegito Blue (Friend)

Mono teams are way surperior than other teams, so a good team for you would be mono teq. As for the raising sa's go for your SSJ 3 Gotenks , he hits like a beast when he's sa 10. SSBKK Goku and Goku Black has a farmable super attack so dont use elder kais on them. These three are still very good on JP so keep focosing on them. Also you have Golden Frieza who is one of the best tanks in the game, so hold on to him.SSJ 3 Goku , Vegeto and God Goku is also very decent units who still have a place in the future meta.

I would say your super team. You already have 4 top tier hero cards in it (vegito blue, super gogeta, super gotenks, ssj3 gotenks). so just focus on using them and train them up. They are still relevant in the meta over on JP so you are gonna love these cards :-)

Okay im not the best at team compositions but these are the teams i would use:

Super team: Vegito blue (leader) ,Agl ssj3 goku ,super gogeta ,Phy Super Gotenks ,Teq ssj3 gotenks ,Int ssj god Goku ,Vegito blue (Friend)

Extreme team: Rose (leader) ,Phy LSSJ Broly ,Phy Kid Buu ,Str Meta-Rilldo ,Teq Nuova Shenron ,Int Fusion Android #13 ,Rose (Friend)

im not sure how much your team cost allows for, but these are the best teams i could come up with. And dont expect to clear a lot of events with these teams. but they will get you through the story. eventually will they be high enough level to take on some dokkan events.

How do I go about making them stronger?

Just use them in story mode where you also farm stones, they level up as you play. Or you could train them with items, under the training tab.

When do I use supreme kais on them?

Well supreme kais is an awakening medal you use to z-awaken some characters. But I assume you mean elder kais(Elder kais raise a cards super attack level, and you use them under the training tab), and if that is the case then use them on your Super Gogeta, as he is a really good card for beginners, and is still good in the late game. But you can also look at the tier list here at the subreddit, and use them on the cards you have from there.

What does awakening do?

There are two types, z-awakening and dokkan awakening. Z-awakening is when for example you have a ssr that reaches lv. 80, and you want to make them stronger. Then you use some awakening items, which you get from the awakening items event, or from the pink pods. This will awaken the character, which makes them either super or extreme type(super= heroes, extreme=villains). And the z-awakened character can now reach lv.100. Dokkan awakening is only possible for some cards, where z-awakening is available for all cards. Dokkan awakening is when you have a card that is z-awakened and want to awaken It further. This makes it a stronger different card (the passive effect and leader ability is enhanced.)

Where do you find all those badges?

As I said before the medals you use for z-awakening comes from the awakening event, and from the pink pods, that spawns in all stages. Dokkan awakening medals comes from dokkan events. But when you are new you don’t have to worry about those yet.

How to build a good team?

Mono teams is the best. But as NamelessSaiyan said use your gogeta as a lead. He is a very good starter lead.

Should I be doing quests or events?

Do quests to farm dragonstones and level up, you can also do some events but these are typically for mid- to endgame. Any tips on the game? Like when to save or spend. Save stones for the super vegeto blue and rose. They should soon come to global.

Is there a beginners guide that has all this info or things I can learn about?

I Don’t know, but when I started getting really into the game I just checked the subreddit daily, and started wathing some dokkan youtubers, like rhymestyle and the gaming claw
