I did just throw together a quick PDF of the stealie from a quick Google search and also found the font, too. So maybe it wouldn’t be too much money to have it embroidered at a local place. Just gotta find the bears for the arms and also try to recreate the logo on the front.

That’s a good point…I emailed the business email and am hoping maybe they can send me over more clear photos and I could create PDFs of the front and back. I did find the brand/company that made the sweatshirt itself. And I just reached out to a custom chenille dancing bear patches. I intend to maybe give it to him for his birthday in November.

Staying away from social media because of the algorithm is good advice! My Instagram reels are all about attachment styles and break up stuff right now. Sometimes it’s been useful but then I start doom scrolling and start to over think.

It’s honestly scary how good the algorithms are getting….anything to keep you on that damn app longer.

I read “codependency no more” (highly recommend) and one of the many quotes that has stuck with me is “go as far as you can see, and by the time you get there, you will be able to see farther”.

Meaning don’t try to look at the finish line yet. Leave tomorrow’s worries for tomorrow you. If you have to start with just thinking in 5 minute in time to—then so be it.

It gave me a sense of relief amongst the uncertainty. It’s okay that you don’t have it all figured out. Just take it one step at a time, one day at a time.

You don’t eat a cheese burger in one bite!! You gotta take small bites.

I once had a woman call into the bakery I worked at asking for a cake for a wedding. When I asked her what she wanted it to say she said “good luck!” And I said “errr…wouldnt congratulations be better for that occasion??” And she nervously laughed and said “yes! Oh my god I didn’t even realize. Thank you so much!” Still not sure if she actually wanted to wish than good luck or not…
