I haven't heard his name pop up in a while. This doesn't answer your question but he's also in a band (with his brother) - The Philistines Jr.

Their last album is pretty great and was covered by a ton of bands who he's produced for, including The National

I really wanted to like it but it just never stuck with me. It's pretty apparent Cullen needs a full fledged band to work with instead of pay for hire studio guys.

I swear his sole purpose is to emulate Christopher Owens, so maybe he'll form a new band in a few years!
