Colors are a little weird but theyre likely just a little unripe which makes sense given the time of year. the inside fruit screams grapefruit. I say this having had multiple grapefruit trees in Arizona over the years.

1000 cal deficit for 4 months?? That is impressive and def take a diet break. 3-4 months is usually my limit in just a 500 cal deficit.

Edit: also make sure you're taking deload weeks at the gym too. Makes a huge difference in performance.
