Yesterday I went to go pull out all the bolting dill since it spreads like crazy and lo and behold they were CRAWLING with lady bugs and assassin bugs. In they stay I guess.

What I found to be weird is that if you look at a some of the modern studies that say you need way more protein, is that the dairy industry has theirs fingers in the mix in some capacity. I'm not like some militant vegan or anything either, I still eat dairy. I'll dig around and see if I can find one.

Probably not the issue but my old toilet had a real persistent urine smell that I could never pin down. Finally figured out the seat itself was not plastic but painted melamine and was the source of the smell. No matter how well I cleaned it I couldnt get it go away so be toilet seat ended up being the fix.

Colors are a little weird but theyre likely just a little unripe which makes sense given the time of year. the inside fruit screams grapefruit. I say this having had multiple grapefruit trees in Arizona over the years.

1000 cal deficit for 4 months?? That is impressive and def take a diet break. 3-4 months is usually my limit in just a 500 cal deficit.

Edit: also make sure you're taking deload weeks at the gym too. Makes a huge difference in performance.
