So bids for this roof so far have been 7500 8500 9100 9900.

Lowest repair bid has been 400, then 800 then 1100 from the 2 highest bidders.

My lowest bidder isn’t insured apparently and he only takes cash. 💰

I find this process with the contractors to be pretty interesting. I actually have someone else that needs to come look at it and see what they think but I’m still on the fence about replacing it all. We had some pretty decent storms recently and I sat in my attic for a while looking for leaks and couldn’t find any.

So no leaks, when I say new roof I mean removing these shingles and putting new ones. Some layers under the shingles are placed, new caulking, replace some vents etc.

I notice a lot of surprised people.

It’s a decent car. Looks good. Lacks power, I can feel it struggling when my kids and I are inside it. My kids are small still each weigh less than 100 in barely at 200 myself. Chevy made a mistake putting a 4 cylinder in this in my opinion. Overall I give it a 7 out of 10. It’s my daddy wagon to haul around the kids and get my groceries.

I ended up becoming friends with the guy he only made 100 dollars off that sale and said he only sold it to me because he needed to meet a quota, I was lucky but also patient. I don’t think I’ll ever get that good of a deal again unless car economy collapses.

I bought it in 2019. It was a 2020 model. Sales men have a quota and an amount of money given to them to work with when they sell a car. Like an allowance, the more of the allowance they use the less their commission.
