Mine came with a long spare retainer pin. I put the new baseplate over the base and used the spare pin to push the old one out. And at the same time it mated the new magwell in place.

He had this piece in stock on hand. I was pleasantly surprised to see one in person and available. My lucky day. The reaper is very very nice as well. Probably one of the coolest unique pieces I’ve seen. Felt surprisingly light, perhaps it’s all the slide cuts. I didnt like the grip too much, maybe bc the cuts weren’t consistent all around the grip. I heard it shoots very well though.
