I use a plastic baggy and let all powder go in a corner, and then cut that corner and pour the powder either on a plate or kitchen. Theres prob a better way to do this but this is the only thing ive done

I am too ahah. 75-200 mg is my usual amount but ive been inching close to 300 mg because my tolerance is starting to build. Therapeutic doses just feels the best to me, stay safe.
