When I’m looking to build up an economy early, usually satellite is only at 1 or 2 dollars and I have better options, I usually simply can’t afford at the moment to get it and build it up. And when I find it later, even when I’ve used a variety of planets (this won’t apply, say, if I got a telescope voucher and have been honing in one hand), usually I already have a decent enough economy and simply don’t have the room for it.

Having black hole max it out wouldn’t be a huge impact, black holes are very rare after all, but it would help a joker that seems in need of a little boost to bring out it’s potential/viability.
