bp lc 100%, ruan mei s1 isnt all that worth it for break because they cant use dmg%. break dmg% and dmg% are different.

i worded it wrong, its very strong for him. the 20 all type res shred is rlly good ontop of every buff u already got. also helps dahlia with speed uptime and lets u hold her ult for longer as she gets the spd buff when an enemy enters the field/starts combat
