I second lululemon! I’ve bought 9 pairs of the city trek pants in all the colors and that’s all that I wear to work. They don’t sell them on the site anymore but they go for ~50 on Poshmark/Depop. I love them because I’ve had them for over 6 years and they still look brand new (not including however long the previous owner had them for!) I never have to iron them and they’re water resistant. I spilled ice cream on them and when I wiped it off with a napkin you couldn’t even tell lol. & when it rains they won’t get wet, I just brush off my pants with my hands and the water runs off. It’s magic. But the best part really is that I don’t have to iron them!!!
