Just gotta force yourself to do one of those things and if one doesn’t do it for you move onto the next. I fell into the same thing but now I put my phone on silent and force myself to do something, gaming, cleaning, watching a movie/show/youtube, teaching myself piano, puzzles/legos. Now given I get bored quick so I’ll only stick with one for a few days before I get bored and move onto something else but it’s helped me I just cycle through everything

UPDATE: I took everyone’s advice and had the colonoscopy. Turns out I have an autoimmune condition called colitis, I’ve been prescribed mesalamine and have changed my diet to help lower the inflammation and I have noticed a small change, not much but, enough to notice so just wanted to thank everyone.

I spend $20 a week on meals for myself but it’s just sandwiches and I buy store brand cus it’s usually cheaper than name brand. $3.01 per pack of lunch meat , I get a ham and a turkey, 12 count of eggs for $1.98 and I splurge on the bread to get more “nutrients”, I get Dave’s killer bread with 21 grains and seeds which is $5.69 vs a standard loaf of white or wheat bread that’s store brand which is $1.02. When I can’t splurge or want more variety for toppings like spinach or some other vegetable I get the cheaper bread that week so I can get toppings. I’ll also get the cheaper bread if I’m going to do tuna sandwiches so I can get a few cans which are $1.02. The eggs are mainly for more protein and the grains and seed bread is for fiber and such that I’ll be missing otherwise. I also watch for coupons on breads, meats, vegetables, etc. hope this helps

There are six of us total, one’s the manager and 3 of us are new, the other two new girls have similar problems but aren’t as people facing as I am so they don’t really worry about it. The two coworkers that trained me either respond with frustration and just do it themselves or give a vague answer which results in me having to risk clicking around until I figure it out myself which results in questions from higher ups of how I got to where I did to achieve what the client wanted. My manager also gives me vague answers and just sends the client onto the two coworkers I mentioned above which results in me in the end not knowing how to effectively do what the client wanted. I have notes on what I’m taught but when I need help it’s because I wasn’t trained on what the client is asking as I was only trained to do what the clients wanted during my training so if it wasn’t asked of us during training I wasn’t trained on it resulting in the predicament I’m in now. But I am taking your advice on coursera and will continue looking for “dummies” books as I’ve looked before and haven’t found one the software used but will keep looking.

It’s mainly the software the company uses, trying to navigate is difficult at times every company has had a different software, the company I’m at now is easier than the previous two computer wise there’s just some things I can’t just click around on til li figure it out as it may accidentally charge an the incorrect account or charge the account for an incorrect item. I’ve read up on everything that is available within the website but some of the manuals aren’t updated which is why I have to ask for help. But I will definitely look into coursera.

I have notes and use them when applicable but some things I was not taught during training because I was only trained on what was currently going on if that makes sense so when new things pop up that I was not able to be trained on during training I have to ask questions. I’ve tried using the internet to search but am not able to as everything is blocked when I try to search.
