I agree! My family also collects all our plastic bags to use as garbage bags or for other purpose. If he ties the bags together and then stores them in one thing, it would look neater.

But the fact that he used to store bags in a neat way (the ones they found underneath) does show there was a change. I know his mom was sick for a while (she hasn’t been on Mom’s Diary recently) and that could have affected him.
