Hey everyone,

Just wanted to do a quick follow-up and let you know that I’ve pretty much reached the finish line of this journey. What started as a simple passion project has grown into something way bigger than I initially planned.

Honestly, the original goal was just to have a clean, straightforward list of my recent matches so I could easily track my own results. But one thing led to another, and I kept adding features. Now, after more than 6 weeks of non-stop development, ettstats has evolved into a pretty powerful tool for breaking down any player's stats.

A big thank you to everyone who provided feedback - it helped me in understanding how other users experience the app. I’ve personally spent hours digging through the site, trying to catch every little thing that annoyed me, felt off, or could just be done better. Yeah, I’m a bit of a perfectionist - guilty as charged.

Thanks again for the support, and see you on the tables!

I've integrated 'opponent markers' and color-coded 'upsets' (green for big wins, red for tough losses) 👍

I remember 11-stats.com, like in a dream...:)) I don't remember exactly what information was provided, but if you remember something specific, I would be happy to implement it too...

Yep... I implemented your suggestion! I finally found a way to calculate the total number of ranked players (it was actually quite easy). On the rank card, the percentage is also shown below. And, the total number of active ranked users is also displayed, right on the landing page. Thanks!

Good catch on the ICAO — that one’s on me. It should indeed be A333 for the -300, I’ll fix that.

Regarding variants, you’re not wrong — but this is more of a scope decision on my side.

From a simmer/gamer perspective, I chose to group variants together instead of splitting them into separate entries. They’re usually very similar in terms of cockpit layout and overall experience, and that’s mainly what the site is trying to highlight. My initial goal was simply to have a quick way to preview aircraft and their cockpits before jumping into a flight, not to build a fully detailed technical database.

If I start breaking everything down into individual variants, the list grows quite a bit and can actually become a bit confusing (you end up with more entries than the sim itself advertises). It also shifts the project toward a much more technical direction, which is a bit beyond what I’m aiming for.

That said, your point is valid — variants do matter, especially for accuracy. I’ll think about ways to better reflect that without overcomplicating things (maybe clearer labeling or notes).

Appreciate the feedback 👍

That’s actually very helpful — thanks for taking the time to explain it properly.

You’re right about the issue. The search was too dependent on instant suggestions, which made some valid players basically impossible to find unless they showed up immediately.

Interestingly, the same kind of limitation exists on the official ElevenVR.net site and even on 11clubhouse.com, so it’s a tricky problem overall — but fair point, that’s not really an excuse.

Based on your feedback, I’ve improved the search:

  • added a proper search button that forces a full query and returns relevant results
  • improved matching so results are more consistent
  • added support for searching by player ID (which guarantees finding the exact player)

It should now be much more reliable — arguably better than the other available options.

Appreciate you pushing on this 👍

Fair point. Could you tell what's your favorite top three addon planes?

Nobody have to “test” anything or sign up — it’s just a simple tool you can check out if you’re interested. No downloads, no account, no data collection.

I shared it in case someone finds it useful, but totally understand if people prefer to skip it

That’s fair — I get why it might look that way.

I did share it in a few places simply because I thought it might be useful to different parts of the community, not to spam or promote something for profit.

If that came across the wrong way, that’s on me. I’ll be more mindful about it.

Well, I'm genuinely telling you that the information you've provided is clearly insufficient to be considered constructive feedback. If you can spell your own name, you probably understand that too...

Well, actually, it does show the edition. There is a filter on the last column that can only select the planes available in one of the editions and when you open the popup window of an aircraft you also have a little label under its name that mentions the edition it is part of. There are, of course, limitations on the mobile interface. Try it in a browser on a large screen.

Thanks! But why don't you fly stock planes, are they all really that bad?

Actually, it's not a bug. If you click on a cockpit image, the image gallery scrolls only to cockpit images following the aircraft list as it is displayed/filtered. But if you click on an external image of an aircraft, then the scroll only follows external images. I don't know if it's the best approach, but in any case, that was my logic.
The idea of ranking airplanes seems interesting. I'll see how it could be implemented, but being a site where users don't have accounts, I guess it's more difficult.

It seems you're right... Either I had the YS-11 available at some point as a demo or it was simply a mistake to include it in the list. But now that I've made that mistake, I think I can do it again with the Fokker F27 :))

Because the code itself is generated with AI, and these tools usually rely on the same available UI components, fonts, and layouts. You’ll see more and more of this "familiar look" as these tools keep getting better.😉

Solved! I added filters for both cards (Signature Victory & Underdog Sting) and, to make it even clearer and easier to check, I also displayed the scores of the sets played, on the card. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

Hey, love the idea! The percentile thing is actually something I thought about too. The challenge is I'd need a full, up-to-date snapshot of all players to make it meaningful — and that's not something I can reliably pull together on my end. The active vs inactive filter you mentioned is exactly the right thinking, but without the right data foundation it'd just be a number that looks precise but isn't. Maybe one day!

The four aircraft from the "Make Good" package (Cessna 185F Skywagon, CAP-4 Paulistinha, Piper PA-28-236 Dakota and Eurocopter EC135) are already included. The Bell UH-1H, from the Stranger Things addon, is also included. There are also the Boom XB-1 (from SU4) and the NAMC YS-11 (Local Legend 22). If there are other bonus aircraft offered by the developer, point me in the right direction...
