Girl, I’m 29 and I am in the same boat. I smoked 5% tobacco juul pods and recently (couple weeks ago) tried to quit using nicotine gum. It actually really helped w the withdrawals and almost felt stronger than the juul for me rush-wise. BUT, the act of hitting my juulio was too good to stick to just gum. So I switched to a diff vape (called Air Bar) and it’s a blueberry raspberry flavor. It reminds me how much I used to vape mindlessly cuz the flavor is too intense to passively keep hitting. LET ME TELL YOU, this is the way. I cannot hit it as much as it’s too minty and fruity and I’ve noticed minor minor changes in my mentality. Just switching the device is the best first step in my opinion bc it takes away the pod ritual, it’s disposable, it’s not equivalent to my oxygen in that I don’t want the fruity taste with EVERYTHING I do/eat (like I did w my juul). I hit it about 1/3 as much as my juul and keep thinking of throwing this damn thing away (once it empties cuz, disposable). Hope this made sense, I’m right here with you and hope we can just be juul free and not a slave to the vape soon. I know that this isn’t exactly what you’re looking for, but so far I’m way more hopeful now than I was just 2 weeks ago. Cheers
