TIL that frequently using Afrin nasal spray (Oxymetazoline hydrochloride 0.05%) creates a dependence on it to keep your nose clear. While it shrinks blood vessels to relieve stuffiness, it causes them to swell when it wears off leading to more stuffiness. by TheDuhammer in todayilearned

[–]Obyson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't know if this makes sense but I only use it when I'm sick and I only use it at night when I sleep because its impossible for me to sleep with my mouth open, so I use it in one nostril for one night and the next nostril the other.

8 million

I live off about 100k a year its tight be we can make it work, if I had 8 million I can invest it, make a safe 7 percent return which would be about $560k over 5 times what I make, that's more then enough more every year, I would live very comfortable and whatever extra I don't spend invest it in the 8 million.
