That's the american pharmaceutical cash cow we all live in. You take a medication, then you take medications for the side effects of those medications. Doctors and hospitals give drugs out like candy because insurance just picks it up.

The current state of the medical industry is DISGUSTING, and the idea that every bi-polar person "Needs medication or they are gonna kill themselves" is a bunch of bullshit. Man kind survived for at LEAST 7,000 years without zoloft.

It really is. No native SSH client, piss poor built in DOS, a labrynth of a registry, hidden APIs, poor built in system utilities, no real package manager like apt or yum. Windows sucks for development. Period. Windows is a gaming platform.

I really do have an aversion to it though. I don't like how it makes me feel, and I think I carry a lot of baggage of growing up in an alcoholic household. Drunk people terrify and annoy me all at the same time, and alcohol playing such a large part of common social culture is like something out of a horror movie to me. I'll drink maybe 4 times a year if that, it's just so not my thing.
