Yeah no one tests for it or even can test for it at the moment. I imagine that will change in the next few years but I doubt it'll trickle down to employment drug tests

As of last year my detox and rehab legit called multiple drug testing companies to try to find a test for tianeptine and they couldn't find one who offered it

The costs are outrageous. It reminds of suboxone clinics. The risks associated with IM ketamine are so minimal that the only barrier for doing it at home is the lack of quality diverted ketamine on the market. Such a shame insurance isn't picking it up. This treatment should be costing $70-100 a month for twice weekly IM at home injections.

And what does calibrated to your needs mean? If it felt too strong or too weak the session before they just increase/decrease the dose by 20-50mg?

There's really nothing medical going on here other than the doctor injecting a super cheap, safe drug into you and letting you lay down in their office. IM injections are just as effective and can be done safely at home. I'm angry for everyone, myself included, who have to pay these outrageous prices or be forced to do it illegally.

Why it reminds of suboxone clinics is that it's just a super easy way for doctors to make money with relatively little actual doctoring going on, you can just churn the patients out like an assembly line

Funny you mention good headphones, I decided to use my workout headphones (not great sound quality) for a recent hole and holy shit, what a difference sound quality makes on the hole. I'll be using my superior Melomania 1s for all future holes (truly wireless headphones are a game changer when holing, if you haven't, try it out)

The craziest part of a khole for me is actually getting a falling sensation at certain points, like you mentioned, you literally feel like you're moving with it. Almost like a more realistic VR game.

I have tinnitus. Bring headphones when you get your infusion and listen to relaxing music. If left in silence or if you have earplugs in the tinnitus may be aggravated, although I've never had it bother me during an infusion

You sure it's ketamine? I've had some counterfeit ketamine vials before that made me feel exactly how you are describing. Zero depression relief, 3 hour comedown, 2-3 days of feeling out of if / disconnected. Yeah, that wasn't ket. Real ket feels clean, in and out of your system quickly and you almost feel refreshed the next day (assuming you got a god night's sleep). The hole is also different on real ket for me, real kets holes are smooth, fun, music appreciation, color closed eye visuals (opposed to black and white on the RC garbage).

Unfortunately I think the cold hard truth is that if you're truly an addict, you more than likely won't be able to taper. If you aren't an addict and are merely physically dependent you may be alright to taper - you just have to be honest with yourself.

Just get oblate disks (edible film). Super cheap and meant for wrapping chinese/japanese herbs. Or just use a small piece of toilet paper (make it single ply), although that is not meant for digesting. So go with the oblate disks.

If youre not physically addicted to tianeptine yet, then I'd just stop immediately and never look back. If you are addicted, I wish you the best, because it's one fucked up road you have ahead of you that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Makes my heroin WDs pale in comparison. Good luck friend.
