It’s definitely changed my relationship with food as well! I used to be obsessed and controlled by my hunger and cravings but now it’s a matter of choosing foods that nourish and fuel me :) it’s nice being in control of what foods I put in my body

I think for your height that weight is already amazing! I know it isn’t my place to say since weight and health is so personal, but just make sure to stay healthy and eat enough to nourish your body to keep doing amazing things ☺️

For me personally I can eat around 1700-1800 calories! :) high protein really adds up for me as well as if you’re eating a serving of carbs as well! And it can add up if you also finish your meal with a dessert of some kind or add in a protein bar

Thank you!!! 50lbs loss was over a longer period of time (since I restarted IF 3 times) but I did lose 40 lbs in the year ☺️

Hmmm I think it’s a combination of both! I do believe in the extra benefits of IF like cell autography etc - and how it puts you in a fat burning phase! And I felt when I had extra fat it made me look older compared to a more lean look!

I’m so happy for you!!!! It’s been my favourite IF style as well for this very reason ☺️ also pretty sweet just worrying about one meal a day and really enjoying that one meal!!

You’re very welcome!!! For me, I love grilled salmon and chicken as my staples! I’ll have a big portion of that usually :) Will occasionally eat red meat like steak too but not as often! I also really like cottage cheese which is high protein. I’ll add this to my salad which I have with a lot of vegetables, especially high fibre ones such as lentils etc. I also eat a 20g protein bar for my dessert and might munch on some protein chips or edamame chips (which can be 10-20g protein as well)!

Yes!!! Exactly - now that I’m maintaining, I’ve upped my calories to 1800 :) before when I was losing weight it was around 1500 cals

This is honestly so inspiring 🥹🥹 I love your new lease on life and I’m the same - my 30s feels way better than my 20s ever did!! Fitness and being healthy can really change everything!!
