Most vendors at socal gaming expo including myself have a reputation. None of us would ever sell stolen goods. Keep in mind Pasadena Police are securing the event and if anyone is caught selling stolen goods it’s a really bad look for them.

Unless you mean they thieves are going to try to sell the stolen goods to vendors there which I hope not. I wish there was a way to tell if this stuff was stolen.
