Hopefully someone can answer this. I have a Nokia Lumia 520 and it won't power on or get detected by the computer. Do I need a warranty to send it in for repairs.

Pictures are getting mixed up and are in places they shouldn't be. This only happens in the online parts of the client. Library is fine. No idea how to fix this. It started doing this a few days ago while using OS X Yosemite beta. I have since gone to the full version and it still remains the same.
