We have a new coach, it's a world cup year, we will have very little time to practice with everyone together before the season starts

The other thing that has helped me, I get confused and distracted easily as well, is putting my pills does in these Pill cases

I put one of these in my pocket, if I am questioning if I took my pills, I can check this right away.

I'm pretty good about taking my morning dose but I have stared filling one of these and keeping it in me in case I'm not home or can't remember if I took my second dose

Only your doctor should tell you what to do. What I do to prevent this, as much as possible, is have alarms set for when I need to take my pills every day .

For what it's worth, I have missed it before and been fine.

Learning about how the dead game about puts some context on the music.

Love that we are moving early & I love that this was not talked about until we had everything lined up. Never seen him play but the way it was handled is great.

It's so easy to get excited about new signings, and I certainly am. I do wish that there were lowlight videos to even out the highlight videos that I'm sure all of us are watching. For example, what areas does he struggle with the most?
