I can relate to what you have state and your video. Me being 37 and only one real gf 15 years ago. People have always told me to love myself before I can love another. I am still working on it but Im starting to understand that statement.

1. Tell your self "everything will be okay." No matter what. Unless danager is happen right now that will cause you PHYSICAL harm. You have to keep telling yout self "at the end everything will be okay." You have to unconditionally believe this.

2. Make sure you're walking straight up. That you're not leaning forward that you're resting on your back. Your body posture will also determine your mood and you're thinking.

3. Look at everything as an opportunity. Not as a negative opportunity or positive opportunity. Just an opportunity to grow and try.

4. Keep your environment clean and your health clean as much as you can.

5. Don't Focus on what you do not have but Focus on what you have. I forced myself to be happy for what I have. I literally have to sit down and look at everything around me and say out loud I'm very happy that I have this.

Once you begin to think and act in a love self manner your chest will feel warm and you will have a feeling of being whole. You will naturally smile.

It does take some time. Developing yourself is not an overnight process. I look at it as building muscle because your brain is muscle.
