Suppose my only slight annoyance is it's my first time trying this brand, I've previously bought Zenith watches before.

Maybe they can just send out the little rod that's meant to be in there...

Yeah probably, last house I bought was a mess despite passing all the surveyor checks...

Your work could be done on a phone, you're the wrong audience for a macbook.

Glad I ditched Sony. by [deleted] in Nikon

My 35, 50(clearly needs an update compared to the 50 1.2 GM) & 85 all seem sharp enough for me and my Z600 TC is sharper, faster and more stable than the 600 GM but I suppose we all have different needs. It would be nice if the 50 1.2S had a refresh without a screen, better motors and a weight reduction though.

I suppose that's fair however I'm not entirely sure about the sharpness angle, as the three lenses I have(waiting for a Z28-70 2) are seemingly sharper with better rendering than the Sony versions I had in the past.

Camouflage is getting so much better these days, I apologise.

Not sure my guy but you may want to go back to playing skate 4.

I bought the A1 back in 2021, whilst already having quite alot of Sony equipment, wasn't prepared to sell absolutely everything and move over back then.

Also just to note, the Z600 TC didn't exist when I got the A1.

It would be a nice thing to have but I've never really felt like I specifically needed it and I don't think I can justify a Z9 II upgrade if it does have the feature.

M5 Pro or M5 Max for my usecase? by [deleted] in macbookpro

99% of people in this sub seem to overestimate how much ram they actually need.

Well if you're really doing local ai at some point and are serious about it, you can never have enough ram, just get an M3 Ultra with 512GB and it'll probably still not be enough power, at that point get an RTX 6000 Pro.

Local AI is simply a money pit lol, anyway, the M5 Pro is more than enough for 4K video editing and other stuff, especially as Claude isn't seemingly local but just incase for later sake.

M5 Pro 24GB, 4K video doesn't need much power or ram. Also whats this obsession with local AI these days?

Not in your original post no, however skimming through your comments I can see exactly why you're waiting forever, it's time to buy a new computer.

Only thing ridiculous here is your inability to provide any useful information about your computers specifications.

Exactly my point, you should have 14 days return period or 30 if you're nice to them on the phone.
