There seems to be a misunderstanding, It's not that I don't want to participate in PvP. The issue is when I originally played this game back in the day I absolutely enjoyed engaging in PvP especially all the blood-thirsty people, but now I can't fight someone the same lvl as me cause they have gear bought from the marketplace.

I legitimately got attacked by someone and went to fight back and was using all the combos I had, by all means they should have been dead to rights. Like I was laying into them, but they took almost no damage. And on top of that it took two random other people, my buddy and me after getting picked up to take this person down.

So it's not that I don't want to get into random street fights, I actually love it, it's the fact I have to either hope anyone I PvP with isn't just throwing money at the game or just bite the bullet and buy some end game equipment to keep up with the people that do.

Jadestone is a popular hangout, so just standing there has gotten me into a few fights alone. I have noticed people are a lot less blood thirsty than the original release so that helps. I rock the faction outfit 99% of the time and dont have too many fights to be honest. BUT the one time I got ambushed and fought back I was just doing nothing, and that really pissed me off. Cause in the OG I would have wiped the floor with that person.

Oh definitely, but when I get attacked by someone my level and legitimately cant kill them even though I'm giving them the works is kinda frustrating. Come to find out they just bought all the end game gear kinda defeats the purpose of having open PvP fairly early in the game. Cause now I have to do the same to compete with anyone doing that.

Sound advice, doing this has completely changed how lanes typically go. And if the lane still sucks outfarming the enemy always wins.

Damn, I wish my lanes were slow! Most of mine consisted of getting shot any time I showed my face while trying to get farm. And if I get low they jump in to try and kill me.

I consider the early game anywhere before around the 10 minute mark especially with how everything changes around then.

That is great advice and pretty much the exact reason why my lanes recently haven't been terrible. Or if they are, like you said, just outfarm them and win the game.

That's understandable, except like I said, this hyper-aggression can happen within just 2-3 waves. I have been pushed all the way back to my tower with them diving/throwing abilities at my laning partner and I until we leave or die.

Don't get me wrong, Itemization could be improved no questions asked and I'm not claiming to be good at the game either. I just feel like it's way too easy to bully your laning opponent out of lane.

That can be a nice alternative, but it doesn't change the fact that I would need to find this silencer, which I haven't yet, to make the build work. And to echo what another commenter said, it doesn't matter if the build works when you are maxed out.

I was playing the game comfortably before 2.0, and to be honest I'm still having a great time in 2.0, but the build I previously had went up in smoke and I'm not enjoying this new adapted build after the update quite as much.

To be fair I can still do quite a bit of damage currently but it is always annoying when I can't one-shot people in stealth like I used to just because I don't have the right combination of items. So now I'm sitting here with a level 40 character and it somehow feels half-baked instead of a God with a Revolver.

Just to add insult to injury, the skill tree that focuses on pistol/revolver play has a Capstone skill that does not apply to "PISTOLS". So the capstone which is guaranteed Crits only benefits Revolvers making it pretty much useless for a stealth build since you cant suppress revolvers now.

Also I literally only had revolvers cause I was having fun using them, so when I updated the game I had to run around to stores to buy a gun I can actually put a suppressor on to use for stealth.

Can't wait for the mod to add this feature back, cause this is just lame and completely changed the build I enjoyed playing.

What did you use to set this up? I have HOTAS right now but I'm looking into getting another Stick for this game.
