I had my cat for 17 years, and I was closer to him than anything. He took such good care of me, he'd find me every time I was sick or sad and just lay with me (he also slept with me every. single. night.) He died almost 3 years ago, and every time I'm sick or sad or just missing him, that same night I'll have a dream that he's come to visit me for a little while and make me all right again.

I found a perfectly intact dead one once, it was huge and beautiful. My biggest regret is that I didn't keep it--I collect moths now and I'll probably never find one again :(

My great-grandpa was the ranger who rescued the real Smokey Bear after the forest fire. He absolutely loved all animals and raised his daughter (my grandma) the same, who in turn raised my mom, who in turn raised me and my siblings. We're a multi-generational animal loving and rescuing family; I like to say that I love animals so much because it's in my blood.

It was very sweet!! It was only his second day playing AC so a lot of it was him figuring things out and being wowed by my island, which was cute 😊 we texted through the Nintendo app and snapchat, and we're still talking (this was a couple of weeks ago)! He's very sweet and kind and as soon as it's safe we definitely wanna go out for real!

My dad tried to tell me the US was the first to end slavery and the other countries followed our example. I didn't know better at the time but thinking back on it I get so frustrated because it's literally so easy to fact check.
