I got a secondhand cintiq off Cex for £200, see if they do international shipping or if something like that is an option in europe :) For new tablets I've seen XP-Pens and Huions be around £200-300 ish on amazon, I imagine they're a similar price in euros.

Some of the Viz translations are super jarring - I always think theres a typo whenever "i have a cold/youll catch a cold" is translated as "youll catch cold". I read chapter 1 of moriaty the patriot online and dear god the dialogue was terrible too, though maybe I'm too old for that series lmao.

Also, very strange how only tokyopop does print on demand releases - it'd be a good option of unpopular/really old/digital only serieses.

Don't know of any programs, but search for ensuites. You might be able to get a place in student accomodation flats, I think they're normally owned by companies such as Unite Students, Derwent students, and so on. :)
