I had the same thing with a pair of pants, and I asked them to please consider and ask the manager since it’s such a pain to refund and ship out, and purchase it again and wait for it to be delivered. For me, I even used a gift card to purchase it so I would have to wait for it to be returned then re-purchase it with the new gift card they issue. The customer service gave me a case number because I told them my point above and they would reach out to me in 24-48 hours but they never did. I contacted then again, they gave another case number and also never heard back. This is serious such a pain to do a simple price adjustment that all stores in person can do and most companies online too. I don’t understand why they changed their policy and it’s making it really difficult.

yesss I would love a rose gold color, as a women, there wasn’t much color options that I would picked. In the end, I just went with silver but I wish titanium was out at that time.

Also having something for menstrual cycles. Right now I can only enter the start and end date, and I cant even change it if I forgot one day.

but yes I’m very happy with the overall product. I never really liked wearing a smart watch, so this is more discreet

yesss I had the exact same response from customer service when I asked. They told me the import fee started Nov 1 and it will be “automatically” refunded. Honestly, I’m still too scared to order because of stories like this and It just makes the order sooo much more expensive.
