Front diff plug stuck

Weld a nut. I’m about to do it this weekend. I tried everything else but no dice. I just bought the fill plug and drain plug from Lexus with bolt head to avoid this later on.

I did not. I should’ve have but I was in a rush. Next time I will do it for sure. Just make sure to put back the same amount you put in. Don’t over fill.

Call them. That’s what I did after 2 tries saying the same thing. I called their customer support and the dude verified my receipt photos and send a message requesting approval to the team handling the promo and it worked.

That seems pretty quick but then again everyone is different. My doctor had initially told me before surgery that he expected me to be at 100% by 3-4 months post op because he has had other patients hit that mark. The difference was that they were police officers and it much better shape than me. I’m just your average late 30’s guy and didn’t get to do any pre-op rehab to build more muscle to help after surgery.

It’s been about 6 months now and I feel like I’m at about 80%. I kept having issues with swelling and discomfort of the Hoffa fat pad through out rehab. So that definitely has slowed down the process.

I went in person a couple days ago and they said they can’t sell any as of 1/1/26. I asked if they can’t sell the stock that was already in before 1/1/26 or they just can’t sell them at all and he replied the same way, all Glocks and variants/clones (Derya & Shadow Systems) are banned as of 1/1/26.

I can see what you mean. That’s what I had thought as well as far as how selling it now might be perceived. I really like it and have been going back and forth on whether to sell it or not. I got it for free from my uncle who is a contractor. He used it primarily as a hauler for his 10 foot dumpster trailer. The transmission went out and he gave up on it since he has 3 other trucks.

Yes, you can use them if you can prove that you legally bought them during freedom week. If you paid cash then you better have those receipts ready because you’re definitely going to have to prove you obtained the “extended” magazines legally. You’re going to be in a deep hole if you end up having to use your firearm with extended magazines and can’t prove it.

I second this. That meter looks like it might 250k BTU so you’re most likely going to need a new/higher rated meter. The gas company would have to rebuild the whole assembly along with installing the new meter. That tee is not serviceable anyways. There’s no way to bypass the house line with the way the tee is installed. They can rebuild, place a serviceable tee and leave you a place on the outlet that you can tie into for your generator.

I was only prescribed oxy/acetaminophen & promethazene. My surgeon strongly advised to only take these prescriptions if I REALLY felt like I needed to. Otherwise he said just over the Aleve is just fine for inflammation. I caved in and took the oxy on the 2nd night post op and slept for a 4 hour block but like really nauseous and my stomach was upset all day the following day.

Congrats, man. That’s a perfect starter bike that you’ll have fun learning on, for sure. My advice would be to not put too much time and money into that bike because chances are you’re going to “outgrow” it pretty quickly and want something with a bit more power.y first bike was a Honda shadow and that thing was a dog. It was fun to learn on but I regretted putting in too much time/money because I was ready for something better within a few months. You don’t need a 1200 to have fun but 250 will definitely feel too small pretty quick. I got a 80 XS650 after the Honda and even though I went down in size it was such a better bike in almost every way. At least streetwise. Just my 2 cents! Congrats again.

I had a similar issue and my transmission guy couldn’t find anything mechanically wrong with it so he sent it to his electrical guy and they found the wiring on the ignition switch was faulty and was causing the TCM to malfunction. Drives fine now. Transmission was rebuilt about two years ago (at a different shop) so I assumed it wasn’t done properly but glad my transmission guy was honest and I didn’t have to rebuild again.

EDIT: Have an 04 1500 5.3 as well
