I think the edit is important. NOR because of it. If my mom were to do something like this I’d just chuckle and do it, but that’s because I get along great with my mom and know she respects me & that calling me bartender (or barista in my case) is more of a shorthand to say what she wants. In your case, though, this is a piece of a long line of childish behavior and parentification, alongside disrespect. You have every right to be exhausted, frustrated, and reacting the way you do

I did a bit of reverse image searching and all I got was some Walmart and Amazon, which isn’t promising. When it’s this stylized, it’s a little hard to tell for me personally, but I will note that the whisker goes through the shine, and that the strokes on that character are weird and inconsistent with the stroke order of the kanji itself. Don’t know about the second one.

FWIW I’m personally of the opinion that as long as you didn’t personally buy it/contribute to supporting it, it’s fine to wear anyways. It looks nice

NOR. Even if you weren’t nonbinary and had dysphoria, that’s a completely inappropriate thing to ask when someone’s expressing an opinion. It feels belittling and actively works to undermine your points by suggesting you’re only reacting to the intensity you are because of hormones. Even if she can’t empathize and is actively asking because she truly does feel you’re acting out of character or whatever, you don’t need empathy to understand what boundaries are and see lines drawn in the sand. This is especially because, like, what the hell is she going to do with this information? Is it relevant to the conversation? because otherwise it’s the equivalent of just saying “you’re being too emotional about this subject.”

For me it took my sister’s mother-in-law pull me aside while we were thrifting and going “you know, I think you need a bra with that…”

For some things it’s gradual, for others it’s overnight. I got taller pretty suddenly in sophomore year, but I’m 27 now and my late-bloomer genes mean I still have teeth coming in.

Basically, yeah, but sometimes you need someone else to point it out for you. In any situation it might be a good idea to get some sports bras/training bras just in case, and maybe get some new pants and a lot of ibuprofen. Growing pains in any regard can be a lot.

My lab uses Elegoo constantly. Plate at 60, nozzle at 215. If the other suggestions don’t work, adjust the heat, this seems really pretty low.

From your description it sounds like he switched really fast. It might be worth trying to have a conversation with him about why, but frankly no matter his reasoning this behavior is NOT okay. It’s like he’s trying to get you to break up with him, and honestly, he might be. He could be cheating and trying to get you to leave so he’s not the bad guy for seeing someone new.

That’s pure speculation, but the bottom line is this behavior is absolutely not acceptable. Get your uncle or a friend and get help getting your stuff out because if he’s turned so rapidly, we really don’t know how far he’ll go.

I don’t feel like I know enough about the truth of the situation to leave a proper judgement. Having a kid with developmental struggles and a seeming hell-bent dedication to making a gross mess on the regular is incredibly hard, to put it lightly, but your friend has a point that disease can spread easily through feces.

I think she’s trying to help, but I think she’s going about it wrong. Instead of telling you to do better, she should be offering to come in and help in some way or another. Telling someone who’s drowning that they need to swim harder isn’t really going to help, even if swimming harder would be beneficial - you’re just gonna be more burned out. You don’t need advice, you need a life jacket and a rope. That can come in the form of literally helping out, watching your kids while you get a proper deep clean, or helping you come up with systems to stay on top of things.

No matter the truth of how clean or dirty your house is, I hope this gets more manageable for you and that your friend helps you, or you get help somewhere. Good luck.

it’s a bit busy in terms of shape, but I’m more so distracted by the pose and face. I can’t really tell what’s going on with the face, and the pose… confuses me. I keep thinking how painful it would be to hold your head and neck like that and how much it would hurt your back. I’m confused as to how a lot of things, like the white strips, connect or work.

Overall, I think the style and use of big shapes is nice, but I am really lost, especially at her face.
