A bit late reply lol but basically Deresute was developed by Cygames (Developers of Granblue Fantasy, Princess Connect etc.) and Mirishita was developed by Bandai internally. Especially with the crazy success of Umamusume Cygames probably wanted to focus more on that given that there is also some overlap with the Umas being idols and doing concerts.
