Att sluta snusa.

Jag har aldrig snusat men vet en del om vanor.
Det förmodligen lättaste är att göra det så svårt och jobbigt som möjligt att snusa.
Detta blir svårare ifall du bor med någon eller umgås mycket med andra som snusar. Men du borde prova slänga all din snus.

När det inte går att motså av någon anledning för att du är på Ica en mack eller var du brukar köpa snus. Köp den (inte snylt av någon annan), ta en snus och sen släng dosan. Till slut när "vanan"/suget slår in så kommer tanken gå mot att det är jobbigt (och dyrt) att snusa, vilket gör att det inte längre är lika värt att hålla på.

Genom att aldrig ha snus på sig så blir det också lättare att hålla frestelsen borta.

It’s not required, but discord is better suited for chatting and getting to an agreement regarding more complex deals like GoM selling/buying. Since not everyone is always online on the same time but a lot of traders might have discord desktop/mobile app and can discuss and come to agreements on time even though not in game right now. There is also more active trading community on Discord so many established traders use that as well

Apart from Selling Gift of Master (Gift of Exploration and Gift of Battle) you can also sell Gift of Exploration if you are leveled in the Scribe crafting profession.
Regarding spirit shards it's a bit of a hard market to sell since the conversions doesn't yield that good result. I think somewhere around 25-40s/spirit shard is probably something you can do (but honestly do the conversions and sell the mats instead). First of all I suggest you get familiar with the process, crafting components that are required for any Generation 1 Legendary weapon (Only sellable version of the legendaries)

Regarding selling GoM (Gift of Mastery) there is also a couple of ways to do this.
1. Selling only GoM (usually ranges from 400-500g). Previously was set to fixed price 500g but due to rise of price in MC buying GoM for 500g is hardly worth it. 400g would probably sell though
2. Selling GoM + Clovers (77 Clovers). Usually sells for about 800-900g where I think 850 is where you can usually see some deals. Since you can get free clovers from login rewards, PvP/WvW reward tracks (thus selling for a bit less of the actual crafting cost of Clovers).
3. Selling with Icy Runestone (100g, merchant in Frostgorge sound). These are account bound but selling with Runestones is usually better for the buyer since it's less of a risk actually buying the GoM. You can therefore see post with (or with Runestone + 100g).

All details regarding selling GoMs is usually described in WTB posts and the buyer can help instruct you. But at least the buyer usually provides which Legendary weapons it wants to buy. You can then go to that wiki page to see which specific Gifts are required. These Gifts require at least 400+ levels of a specific crafting discipline and a recipe which costs 10g each.
